I hold a BSc Engineering (Hons) degree from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka with a strong foundation in Computer Science and Engineering. Software Engineer at WSO2 (2021 - 2023)
Contributed as a full-stack developer within the WSO2 API Manager and Choreo teams, focusing on middleware development in an open-source ecosystem. Key responsibilities included feature development, update creation, testing and quality assurance, documentation, and research & development. Delivered scalable, high-performance solutions ensuring robust and efficient system designs.
Software Engineering Intern at WSO2 (2019)
Contributed to the development of a key feature in WSO2 API Manager 3.1.0, enabling seamless invocation of AWS Lambda functions through the WSO2 API Gateway. Implemented support for AWS Lambda as a primary endpoint type, streamlining client operations by eliminating the need for multiple API management tools. This enhancement improved the WSO2 API Manager’s flexibility and integration capabilities.
